Shameless, outright rip-off of a piece done by El Coro at the Revelations workshop in Seattle. I was very inspired by his process, and did it right after after watching work his amazing magic with custom brushes and other stuff. It was really inspiring to see someone create such an atmosphere in such a short time. This one took about 1.5 -2 hours. (tip: if you're gonna paint a city at night, make a brush for the little windows and lights -- it's not like I have the patience to paint each darn little light)...
